I'm a Mechanical engineer from India. I am applying to the following
universities for an MS in Operations Research. What are my chances of
getting in? Also, how are these colleges in terms of Financial aid and
proffessional placements? Also, if i apply for a PHD, will my chances
of getting in and getting a financial aid improve?
