Subject : Faith-Based Challenge

I am considering launching a federal constitutional challenge against
the Bush Administration's faith--based charities initiative. Despite
some fairly broad research, I cannot find any court decisions addressing
challenges to the federal program, which I find surprising. Are you
aware of any such decisions, or any such pending litigation?

series.

Last but not least there are articles and commentary that hint that Locke
v. Davey has put the whole concept of faith-based in trouble. You might
want to do some searches using Locke v Davey as a key word.

Thanks for your email
We do historical research for Michael Newdow (Under God,, Oak Grove) as
well. Let us know if we can be of any further help.
