GRE score vs other credentials

Hi all,
I am a Mechanical Engineering Graduate(BTech) from Indian Institute of
Technology Guwahati (IIT Guwahati). I miserably failed in putting good
verbal score in GRE(800+320). Apart from GRE score, my credentials are
well above average:
GPA: 8.2/10 or 3.3/4
Publications: 4 in total
1. Int. Journal. of Composite Science and Technology
2. Int. Journal. of Composite Structures
3. Int. Journal. of Conputers and Structures
all three are the part of ELSEVIER and...
4. Accepted and included in procedings of 13th annual IEEE
International Conf. on High Performance Computing

I will really appreciate any suggest regarding my chances of getting
scol for PhD program. Or my odds are overshadowing my even and my only
option is to write GRE again?
