Post subject: Solution for education group politics
Archived from groups: alt>education, others (more info?)

The education groups have become too politic laden to be giving
solutions and ideas for education method development. I admit that I,
myself, have added to that. The by-far largest reason that I have
posted pro-religion posts on the education group is seeing an already
existing anti-religion group of posters (Buckeye as the largest of
such posters). In order to maintain equalibrium in the group, I
posted the religious side, so the debate would be balanced. However,
I dislike this going on in an education group.

I have a solution.

I propose we create an extension group to alt.education for such
debates and then attempt to sway such debates there. I don't have the
current ability to send the control message for creating such a group,
but I was hoping someone else on this group would have the ability and
desire for it. I'm not just suggesting that Buckeye put political
debates there, but myself as well. Will you join me in this effort?

Suggested newsgroup names:
alt.education.politics
alt.education.church-state
alt.education.law

What do you think?

You seem to not be able to discern the difference between anti-religion and
those who do not want YOUR religion imposed on them.
