Best Student Loan Consolidation Help Needed

Last term I charged almost $4000 in tutition and books on my
Mastercard. I need to do a Student Loan Consolidation but cannot find
one that will allow me to consolidate the loans on my Mastercard . Any
ideas?

Student loan consolidation is only for loans originally taken as
education loans (Stafford loans, Perkins loans, etc).

Mastercard charges are simply consumer debt and not subject to student
loan consolidation.

Currently, I am a student who wants to avail of debt consolidation, however, my question is, will they permit you to loan, if your history as a borrower is not very good ? How would I convinced them that that I am capable of paying the debts at a current phase?
