Hi all,

I'm contemplating a move to Chicago in fall to begin a PhD. The
decision on whether or not to go for University graduate housing is
starting to weigh quite heavily on my mind. I'm wondering if anyone out
there can tell me of the pros and cons, as they experienced them, of
graduate housing vs. renting an apartment. I'm looking to live in the
Hyde Park/Kenwood area, the closer to the campus the better.

Thanks in advance!
