Getting degree - scholarship for international student - o..

Hi,
I'm from Madagascar, and I would like to know if there are online
training delivering international diploma about information system -

Below is my situation, I learn computer by myself and right now I'm
very good - I have excellent recorded and trackable portfolios,
unfortunately, I do not have the right diploma - So I am always
exploited by other, what I mean is that I conceive website or webbased
software, I developped it, but other people earn money from it.
Without diploma, from Madagascar, I have very few chance to
get good emploi and to be well remunerated.
