Post subject: law school dilemma!!! Archived from groups: soc>college>grad (more info?)

My undergraduate GPA (great school, Univ. of Virginia, Physics major.....)
is 2.3 on a 4.0 scale
and my LSAT is 170...
should I even bother applying to schools like nyu, berkley, ucla,

If you don't mind spending money on application fees, no reason not to. You
can plug your GPA and LSATs into the LSAC web page and get a basic
probability of getting in, but I'd take it with a grain of salt. NYU and
Berkeley are probably out, Georgetown I dunno, unlikely but still possible I

even with LSATs like these and a personal statement about why physics was
(obviously) not the field for me?
