Post subject: which method of writing?
Archived from groups: soc>college>admissions (more info?)

I have heard that writing in a clear, professional hand can give a college
application that needed extra 'boost' that sets it apart from the rest.

Since this is true, then it would seem that a course or two in penmanship
would be a good investment.

Anyone know whether the Palmer or Zaner-Bloser method is preferable? Are
certain types of ink (e.g. cobalt blue) considered more 'au courant'?

It makes sense that an elegant hand can help a young man or girl find his or
her way in the world of commerce, scholarship, and the arts.
