All Candidates applied need to undergo “Caliper” test which provide with insights into an individual's Leadership Profile including creative competency, emotional competency, Problem solving competency, influencing competency, etc. and to develop an objective perspective on an applicant's strengths and areas for development. The report of the test will be shared to every applicant for free (Otherwise this test costs around $200)

Admission Procedure
The candidates must hold atleast a Bachelor Degree in any discipline. Candidates appearing for the final examination for the Bachelor degree by 30th May, 2009 can also apply. Candidates need to share the supporting documents and certificates before the start of the program.
Only Executives with a minimum of 5 years relevant working experience apply for the Business Leadership Program.
Both fresh graduates and working professionals can apply for the Human Resources Leadership Program. 
All candidates will be required to take the Caliper Profile Test

Fee Structure
Human Resources Leadership program: 6.5 lakhs (INR)
Business Leadership program: 8 lakhs (INR)


Loan Assistance
SOIL has tied up with HDFC Bank for Loan facility to the students. No collateral is required for a loan upto Rs. 7.5 lakhs with minimal processing fees.
